About the tiers

How are the tiers decided?: Purely by current market value: the median of real sales in the last 90 days (or all time when recent sales are thin). Thresholds are fixed in euros and converted to your currency.
How many S-tier Moomin mugs are there?: 8 right now, each worth €300+.
Can a mug move between tiers?: Yes. The list is rebuilt every night, so a mug that gets discontinued or re-issued can climb or drop within weeks.
